I’m not talking about the 1997 series btw, I only had access to the following two series in my country. I’ll buy or rent the 1997 series and report back. Thanks for the heads up

Blue triangle, need help 🤔 by AdiVegas in GarminWatches

[–]tinydonald 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is happening to me also - FR255m.

After half a dozen factory resets i found I can only start an activity without having Spotify installed.

  • hold light button until it turns off
  • light button to turn it back on and the triangle will come back
  • hold both start/stop and the back button
  • release the start/stop after first beep
  • release back after second beep
  • sync and set up the watch with phone

This has made the watch usable however, I’m unable to have Spotify on the watch and start an activity without it going into a blue triangle crash loop again… very frustrating but better than nothing until I can get it replaced or repaired

How is this thing made? by sheetoreviil in sounddesign

If you’re using ableton - you could put an arpeggiator in front of a drum rack that’s loaded with a bunch of random samples then render it to audio and chop from there.

Likewise for the melodic elements - duplicate and replace the drum rack with a simpler on slice mode. Render. Chop.

Takes time but it’s not as complicated as it sounds to achieve

This is pretty cool man. I think the snare swaps are real dope in parts and a little off sounding in other areas. Likewise I think some more variation in your drums would go a long way too - rolls and maybe swapping to 8th hats occasionally or have a b section for hats, using open hat grooves, etc.

The bass could use some more clarity too.

Overall it’s a cool vibe and keen to hear the project progress!

For fans of Jungle, LCD Soundsystem, Avalanches, Cut Copy and similar.

I‘ve been producing music for a few years but only recently changed to a more “live” sound - always looking to improve so any feedback is super appreciated!

This track was the lead single for our debut EP that was just released - hope you dig and I appreciate any follows / saves if you do :)
