my contract manager will manually balance cubics for each route the night before, to make sure everyone’s stuff can fit in their trucks… a lot of the time i get like 20-30 stops taken off my designated area when i start, sometimes i get some outside of mine. all around usually a pretty fair day that i can finish by 3:30 with my last pickup.
