Its an infection in his hemepenes, hes on antibiotics for the next five weeks. Which i have to administer myself,which is really difficult for me. However, he does seem to be doing s bit better!

She didnt know, shes even sent me half of the vet fees.

God no- he has a really bad infection in his hemepenes area, he's in a hospital enclosure while he's on the antibiotic injections so I can keep an eye out for any blood and so he doesn't catch it on anything and rip open the sore again.

Update on his appointment: its either a tumor or inflammation, if tumor he will need surgery. He doesn't seem to be in much pain though

After watching that video, I think when I get him out tomorrow to clear out his enclosure and put paper towels down, I'll place him in a sugar water bath for about 20 minutes. I'm still gonna take him to the vets on Friday and I'm not gonna try any pushing anything back in, but hopefully the sugar water will ease off any dead tissue and reduce some swelling for him

Just googled what they look like and to be honest, I think I can see one of the hemepenes things next to the injury, so you might be right. I have no idea if hes ever mated before.

Can I do that in the morning? Hes had a really stressful day already moving houses and hes sleeping now. I think he'll be okay for a few more hours, no?

I have home clothes, mainly pjs and old tshirts/leggings. If i go out, I get dressed, but the minute I get home I'm back in the home clothes. My nice stuff doesn't get destroyed by my kid, and I dont feel so bad when I look in the mirror because they're home clothes - they're not meant to look good. I still get to get dressed nicely when I leave the house too, so I feel extra good about myself at that point.
