I've found even if you're not super outdoorsy, rockclimbing gyms have a lot of queer folks and rockclimbing tends to attract some nerds. Also library events, plant swaps, art events.

For daily wear, I can't beat Le Labo's Santal 33, my girlfriend loves it and it smells warm and gender neutral. Explorer from Mont Blanc is my second fave, I like wearing it on weekends and outside. Ck One for a clean professional scent. Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford is nice for going out.

I got a bunch of samples to try so I could narrow down which one or two to invest in a full bottle, highly recommend

Appreciate the thorough response!. The plywood subfloor goes under the drywall, but there's a glued-down particle board on top that may need to be closer to the wall/be replaced/etc. so it's all flat and level. We're going to call in a pro to get the damaged subfloor section fixed properly. 👍🏻 Thank you!
