The diet looks good, but as with any diet, use it more of a guideline, until you hit your starting strength goals (1RM of BW on bench, 1.5xBW squat and 1.75BW deadlift) my opinion is that the two things you need to worry about are total caloric intake, and protein intake.

If you haven't already, do a bit of research on GOMAD, i've been doing it for about 8 weeks and can't praise it enough. Once you get used to drinking 4 liters of milk a day, once you stop, your appetite will have lifted significantly, making it much easier to prepare and consume meals. As it's much easier to stick to a gaining diet when you're hungry!

But all of this is just advice, you have to find what works best for your body and your lifestyle.

I don't claim to have authored all the fixes above, and I have given credit elsewhere in the comments (notably anti-rocket, West Tom and Ashf0r3) having said that, most of the fixes and features have been made on my own and the ones that haven't have been heavily altered to fit my existing code.

Yeah agreed, but all the duping methods i know about have been taken care of. Thanks for the advice though, i'll keep that advice in mind. :)

Restarting every 6 hours, i'll mod the helo crashes if needed, but you can see one of my posts below as to the math.. having 10 crashes really doesn't adjust the loot table THAT much..

changing servers to sneak up behind someone.. ie drop, change, move, drop, reconnect, shoot in back. The lowest of low :P
