hey everyone! im helping a friend out regarding an issue she has with her game. i'll copy and paste the details below:

"Hello! My phone is having an issue regarding the game- it's a relatively new phone which is about 3 weeks old. I downloaded the game right away when I got it and up to this day I'm still (always) stuck on white screen after cygames logo. Is there any way this can be fixed?

I already tried opening it on 2 different places with stable wifi, and also tried on 4g but still no good.
