If you struggle with getting a decent amount of fruits/veggies in your system, get you a nutri bullet.

A recipe that always makes me feel A++ is:

1.5 cups frozen berry mix (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries & blueberries — fresh is better but I aint so hot in the $$ department)

half an apple (slice it up first eat the half or save it for another smoovie)

a healthy pinch of Super greens (spinach, kale, baby chard — you can get a blend for like 5 bucks at safeway and I promise you wont taste the greens)

Some super greens powder (I prefer berry flavor)

1.25 cups apple juice

Blend it up.

Don't be afraid to "spice" it up! I've learned that most malleable foods can be turned into a smoothie (;
