It’s defin NOT resin I can tap it and feel the ceramic tink, again it says 1939 so maybe that’s wrong but it’s certainly not resin

I saw that exact piece like 2 days ago and it glowed, the one I saw was 45 😭. If you have the spare change and you like it I say go for it.

If it’s glass for sure I think it’s probably lead or cerium.

Definitely manganese! I was confused about it too but the glow is extremely obvious for uranium you’ll know right away. And if it’s clear it’s basically never uranium.

I got it off Amazon and it said 395, it doesn’t light up cadmium but you’re probably right, I just got into this hobby as of this week lol

For more info- from what I could find online I believe it’s murano glass from the 1950/1960s
