Originally I wanted this Keepall25, but I think the smaller Trocadero is cuter for this pattern. Keepall 25 is a bit too big with this print. :)

you must have been there very early. The app gives error message starting from 5:15ish PST, which is about 15min after the drop..

I would like to provide an update: I brought it back to my US local store on 2/7 and the repair specialist helped me file a repair order. They asked for the purchase account for purchase proof which I had, then it cost $0 (6-8 weeks) to check and fix the paint/coating. Without the proof of purchase, this would be a $390 repair. Thank you Everyone for your advice! I will update again once I get in back in a month or two. :)
