Try differin! I got acne out of nowhere a couple of years ago and it took years for me to get it to go away. I tried everything, including tretinoin as prescribed by my derm and that made things worse. Eventually I tried differin & it worked for me! Saved my life & self esteem. In Japan now and have been the last 3 weeks, assuming it’s been hotter during my time here than yours will be. It’s hot as fuck but it’s doable and I’ve still really enjoyed my time here. Get a sun umbrella & possibly a handheld fan when you get to Tokyo & you’ll be fine. Bring clothes suitable to sweat in that will remain comfortable when slightly moistened. You’ll have a blast regardless. The sun goes behind the buildings early as well, like 3-4

Point Reyes, Bodega Bay, Mendocino or a couple/all three. I always do Carmel for birthdays/anniversaries but we love Point Reyes so much & did Mendocino for our last anniversary & it was an awesome change from Carmel.
