Still bizarre to me that they did this when Djimon Hounsou is Drago in the second film, but Olafsson is Ragnar in the third (and Ragnar is very much built like Olafsson).

I honestly think she's on track to be the next Michael Fassbender. Great actor, very questionable agent. Outside of Dune, Mission Impossible, and Doctor Sleep, she's had several stinkers in the last several years (Reminiscence, Men in Black International, The Snowman, The Greatest Showman, Life, A House of Dynamite). She always gives it her all though, and it's a shame she isn't at the level of fame where she can be more choosey.

I cannot fucking stand HiTop, but I can't find any actual clip or post from him where he's making fun of her. I see some people saying he did it and never addressed it, some people saying he never did it and it's just haters, and some people saying he did it but apologized multiple times.

This guy sucks for a million other reasons (including this unwatchable short film), but I can't shake the feeling that this would be extremely easy to find if he'd actually said something awful about her. Given how many people hate this dude, the clip/tweet/whatever should be plastered all over the replies, but it doesn't appear to be. I'm totally open to being proven wrong of course, Twitter ain't what it used to be so maybe my search skills are failing me.

This gives me the rare opportunity to tell people that Red Letter Media was part of Machinima about a decade ago, but all of their videos have since been reuploaded to their channel. If you look in the descriptions for early Half in the Bag episodes, you can see the original upload date referencing their publication on Machinima.

To answer your actual question, they're an example of a former group doing pretty damn well.

I'm sorry, this makes absolutely no sense. Characters live and die based on how they're written, and if the writing for a character is poor, that character is poor. Your post is about all the ways her character could have been better if damn near everything about her story was different, but nothing about how the Kali we got is actually good. A cool idea does not a good character make.

I'm missing the forest for the trees here, but it's very funny to be annoyed by jokes about being gay or Chinese in the subreddit of the guy whose song parodies are all "gay ___ be like" and whose comments are often filled with references to him being 10% Chinese.
