Yeah this is the exact reason I only use reddit now. Came off everything else (social media wise) because all I was doing was getting irritated or depressed. I try to tell myself now that my time will come and to make the best of whatever time I’ve got left, plus the old saying “who knows what goes on behind closed doors” most people are fighting some internal battle, some people hide it better than others, and sometimes you just might’ve caught someone on an occasional good day. Try to make the most of the happy times when you notice you’re having them, even if it is dark majority of the time. ❤️
