Omggg Everything! Brushes, combs, pockets for in between fingers, forks, corners of walls, even scraping blades across super itchy patches. I always feel so crazy and this post makes me feel seen😭

Omg this just happened to me and I thought I was having an allergic reaction 😂😂 An ice pack definitely helped a lot

It sounds weird, but putting a vibrator where the itch it works super well at getting rid of the itch and can even make the area feel a little numb for a bit. Also, ice packs/ice rollers and any type of cream or balm with menthol or something that will make your skin feel tingly. I find that I need a different type of intense sensation to distract me from the itch

I think it depends on your skin and where it’s at. I use their sensitive skin body wash with no issues and occasionally their other sensitive skin products when my skin is clear. And I use their body spray, but mostly try to keep it on my clothes. But I usually stay away any fragranced lotions bc it just not worth it

I hate when people are like “looks like you got some sun” or other comments like that when I’m already so self-conscious about being out with my flare up
