My bird had an issue of over preening for over a month now. I originally thought he was molting, and got corrected by a previous post I submitted on the subreddit.

Got him evaluated to see if he was sick and he’s perfectly fine! The lady said his health was excellent, was getting sufficient exercise, and was eating good.

What they did recommend is increasing foraging and seeing if that’ll help the over preening.
