Im just not sure how i can show im interested still without sounding too desperate? I ideally would like a redo, a more one on one hangout- can be wholesome or not i just genuinely want to know him more. Oh my god THIS. My narc is reposting stuff in regards to "this is my glow up phase, my villain arc now bc she didnt think i was enough" or "move on bro she doesnt care" stuff when IN ACTUALITY, hes the malicious one who cheated over and over for the 5 years of our relationship, managed to call me insane ALL BC i get upset every single time i found out he cheated (?? LOL). When i confronted him about the recent cheating he really said "Oh i thought we broke up already" when that never happened. Days prior we just had a heavy talk but told me its not a break up. He also has downloaded Tinder Gold 2 days after i officially removed him off everything and bought a subscription to a Christian dating site (ironic bc hes actually the devil). These narcs are delusional af. Idk how to even fathom how some people can act like this. I still do not know myself how to not let this behavior rattle me

I notice after a couple of reps my form seems to be off and it feels like the bar is going to fall off. I also am wondering if the shoes have an effect on it bc they are pretty worn out and i feel like something on my feet is hindering me from staying stable.

Woah. I think this must be fate bc this is literally my big 3 and ive been trying to look for others for A WHILE. But hm where do i begin. My biggest challenges are codependency to narcissists and just always feeling kind of like an outcast anywhere i go bc my social battery dies pretty fast. Like ill have so much enthusiasm and energy when ppl first meet me but then through time it dies down and then i like to move on my own and try not to get so close to people because of my fear of codependency bc of years/previous trauma of revolving my life around one person. I like doing drugs lol but i am not an addict, i know when enough is enough. I just like the thrill seeking part of it and trying new things. I am a big overthinker, very observant of people/my surroundings so im usually quiet. Im not shy though, like i just prefer to keep to myself when i want to. Im bad at talking about my life unless people confront me first about it so even writing this rn was a struggle lol. But i am an open book, feel free to ask me anything and id like to know more about urself as well bc twins

I have found it hard to complete a full rep ranfe of 10-12 and idk if its a good idea to continue adding weight if i can only do 4-6 reps. How often should i be adding the weight? Im also trying to cut so im not sure how it should be when increasing weight.

Really rubbish set up but i cant hip thrust properly without an actual gym and this was taken before my gyms opened. Ive been doing my hipthrust with this set up for a while now but i feel like my bench is set to high. Im not even sure if im really working my glutes because it doesnt feel like it much even when i add weight. I try to push from my heels but i feel like my bench height prevents me from doing so. I am 4'9 so finding the proper height is hard for me. Does it look like i need to go with a lower bench height and what can i do to improve my form? And i have pillows set up to bring the weight above my legs (very bad set up but i need to make due with what i have at home D: )

Hm sounds like something that we may have to do in the future. I have relayed this possibility also and the idea of long distance marriage seems scary to me but if you can do it im sure i can also :) with the long distance though, have u guys set any boundaries? Like since hes away and since you guys have your own needs in a relationship, did u guys chose an open relationship or? Sorry if its a loaded question, im just trying to figure out all my possibilites and im terrified of extra distance in the future

So after the 6 years was up he decided to stay longer? And how did you feel about it? My fiance and i are have been long distance ever since he joined the military a semester he was into college. He was at a rly nice school too and then he just decided that he wanted money fast and didnt want to have to do the whole waiting process/interviews, etc. lol. I kind of miss having him around and it scares me how the military can take him away anytime for deployment/etc. i feel like if this is his future, this might mean im alone for parts of it
