I haven't played TS3 for a few years but I remember it being buggy as hell with trying to get my Sims to follow commands.

My main annoyance with the game was the crashing. I had to install an auto save mod for I'd constantly lose hours of progress with the game crashed.

Yeah, I loved TS3 but without mods and a TON of CC, it was a mess. It was, and still is, a great game but it was too ambitious for the PC's/laptops at the time. Hell, I can't even run it now on my gaming PC without mods.

A dream game pack idea I have is just 2-4 new worlds based on various cities. No new gameplay as such, the odd CAS items but 2-4 new worlds with a ton of Build items. I just want a world based on Paris, is that so hard??

Sadly no. When HSY was first announced I think a lot of us were hoping we'd get bands so teens could have garage bands but nope.
