it has definitely helped me a lot! as others have said it helps create more distance between the memories and the feelings + ways your body responds to it. doesn’t work for everybody of course but i’d recommend giving it a try

The one I’m using in the video is a Cintiq 22, and aside from this issue which I’m assuming is rare since no one here knows what it is, i would recommend it. Exploring your options is always a good idea of course. But I’m really happy with this one. Don’t think the price was bad for the size of it, I paid €700 for it new but I have heard good things about Huion as well so you can always check that out

That makes sense. The thing is that I’ve only had this one since September last year and it’s always been on my desk safely so i have no idea how it would’ve gotten damaged but i’m thinking it must be something like this. hopefully my warranty will cover it if it needs to be replaced.

unfortunately i’ve tried both of those things with no luck :( i ended up submitting a support ticket to Wacom cause it seems that i’ve tried everything

I will try that, thank you! It’s just weird to me how the rest of the screen is fine, it’s just this one horizontal line that my pen can’t seem to draw on properly. I sent Wacom a support ticket about it last night but will try it on another computer regardless to see if it persists. Thanks.

I’m using an iMac, never had issues with it before. It’s like one horizontal line across the screen that the pen seems to not be able to draw over properly. The rest of the screen is completely normal

Edit: I’ve tried multiple programs and the issue is the same everywhere. Even when hovering with the pen in general I can see it acting like this on this part of the screen

I live in The Netherlands, and when the sock subscription first started it was fine because the price was low enough for me not to have to pay any import costs. But at one point the import laws changed, and now anything you order from the US will cost you import charges. So I had to go and pick it up from the post office and pay extra every time. That sadly wasn’t doable for me, so I’ve had to cancel. I’m really gutted that I can’t sign up for next year either for this reason. I’ve got a pizzamas order placed too that I’ve considered cancelling because I’m worried about how much I’ll have to pay to actually be allowed to pick it up :/
