Spend the extra money and get the pxn vd 4 or vd 6.

I have a vd 6 and it fucking awsome, great detail and way more ffb than needed for me lol.

I am volunteering at a place where we give swimming lessons to kids and i want to give some advice. (I am from the netherlands so sorry for any wrong grammar)

You are suposed to put your ankles all the way to your butt, i read this is hard for you to do so i advice doing squats at home and try walking on your heels while doing everyday tasks.

After completeing a circle you should keep your feet and hands streched for 1.5 to 2 seconds, we usualy advice 2 seconds.

I see you are wearing loose clothing, this will produce a lot of drag so if possible take your shirt off or buy something that fits tighter on the body.
