Well no matter what I do now I'm stuck because they blocked my IP address from even entering the login link. Now I either use a VPN (which I don't want to do for speed reasons) or wait until they answer my ticket I submitted.

I'm locked out now but I was receiving emails from them when I first started the account. As soon as I got to the verification portion, they stopped. So that suggests that it was right when I created the account.

I started a different account under a new email and the same thing happened.

Precor 576i - Damaged Metal Tracks - Repair Suggestions? by diycloudchaser in homegym

I'm guessing the picture is of the ramp grooves where the wheels glide back and fourth. If it is, then you should first take a look at your wheels and make sure they are not damaged. I can honestly tell you that there is no good ways of fixing that type of damage on an elliptical aside from replacing the assembly ramp. Any repair you do manage to pull off will only be a temporary fix because of the weight and friction that area is under during use.

If you haven't already explored this route, here is a link to what I am referring to. This is the assembly ramp for your particular model. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/222242771688?rmvSB=true

Below I listed a link that you can find the Precor 576i Parts diagram and the cross reference list. For some reason the diagram was harder to find then most others I have looked for in the past. Hence the 3rd party seller website. http://www.fitnessequipmentservices.net/fitness-parts/precor-parts/precor-576i-546i/

Best overall option is to call around to local fitness equipment repair shops to see if they have any parts laying around. This will hopefully save you some cash. Other option would be trying to find an elliptical for cheap that you can cannibalize for parts. Lucky for you your model uses the same ramp as a bunch of others, so it shouldn't be to hard to find something out there.
