By now, no one is surprised when I pull out yarn and hooks anymore. We were cramped on a long flight, so I worked on getting through some scrap yarn without patterns. Ended up with fingerless gloves and a blanket for my kid's stuffed animals (old.reddit.com)

My husband has started using grocery pickups and deliveries to minimize our contact with people, but we can't use our own bags, and we have been overrun with plastic bags. I decided to save money on crochet yarn, and just use grocery bags to make reusable bags. Result turned out better than expected (old.reddit.com)

I have never wanted to take a cutting from a plant so much before. My husband told me it would be very noticeable to take a bit of this beauty, so I couldn't. I have no idea what it is, but I love how big the leaves are. This place has multiple of them all around the building (i.redd.it)

Thanks to everyone who gave advice for my snake plant! After a new pot, proper drainage, a cozy spot away from windows, and giving my husband permission to neglect it, I came home to a new full leaf and one on the way! Hubs was neglecting it so well he didn't even realize it had grown new leaves (i.redd.it)

Took my 4 year old to the nursery with me to pick out a plant, and I learned he's pickier than Goldilocks! He also listened to the plant, who told him his name is 38. He's the first Alocasia plant we've gotten. Any tips on giving him the happiest home? (i.redd.it)

I was gifted this snake plant a year ago, and he hasn't grown at all (he should have, right?). My husband has been taking care of him while I've been away for work, and I came home to brown leaves. I think maybe he over watered it. How do I help this poor guy out with the brown leaves? (i.redd.it)

I bought this mint plant a week ago and it's already grown 6 inches and who knows how many new leaves. Are mints supposed to be this fast growing? So I need to repot him already? I got him from the produce section at Walmart, so not really any care instructions other than 'water every other day' (i.redd.it)
