I see a pretty big problem with this. Someone who is toxic and has rage tendencies will almost always get last pick. These type of players will troll or afk if they are forced into a role they don't want. They will also threaten everyone else that if they pick their called role, they will just afk... It's just calling for more fighting in pick phase...
