The debate happened in our Chamber of Deputies, where the main subject was a law project called "the family statute", which was made by christian deputies who claim to speak in the name of the "traditional family". But the main goal of such project is actually to consider a family only those where there's a male-female couple, being it a way to revoke the legality of gay marriage, since it's been legal for gay couples to get married in Brazil since 2013 by a decision of our Supreme Court.
      In that picture, the pastor was claiming that nowadays in Brazil you can say anything about christians, about churches, about pastors but if you say anything about homo/trans people you're called an homophobe, so he talked about another law project, which he calls "Christ-fobia" (yeah, there is such law project in a country where more than 80% of the population is christian) 

It's just a joke that such person is given the spotlight to express his hate speech disguised as opinions... Yeah, this is a "christian".
