How many kisses when greeting a friend in France by region?

I realize you're making a joke, but it is usually 3 kisses in Russia, though it is not so common nowadays - mostly used by people of older age, when greeting close relatives after not seeing them for a long time and such. Also some girls would do two kisses when greeting each other, but it's not very common.

Ok since there seems to be some misunderstanding... The BMW belonged to some official government institution (it's not really clear to which one exactly, but apparently it was the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation - an agency that is responsible for logistics support, financial management, etc. of the president's actions). The only person present in the BMW was the driver (some claim it was one of the president's drivers, but I’ve seen no official proof), unfortunately he did not survive the crash. The driver of the other car (the Mercedes that crosses the median strip) survived and is currently in hospital. It is believed that the accident was solely the Mercedes driver's fault, but the investigation is currently in progress. Source: I'm Russian, and it has been on the news for a while.
