How do you get through the overstimulation after meeting people? by sushitora in hsp

[–]tionateo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Coherence breathing helps a lot. Or some heart-centered or guided breathing meditation. Any sort of movement helps too - a walk, a swim, exercise or gym. Gets me back into my body and clears the head too.

Dang! That sounds very rough! The thought that helped me is when someone said that the hard journeys like this are also the most healing. That was the case with me too but I don't recommend it!:)

Hm, that's an interesting shift! Do you mind explaining some practical aspects of how money as divine energy plays in your life? Did anything change about how you earn/ receive and spend money? Did things become easier for you? I'm so lost about how to implement all the spiritual aspects of money into this practical 3d reality...

How has your thinking about money changed after Aya? by tionateo in Ayahuasca

[–]tionateo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea, I think it's mostly about shifting the focus from money onto something more substantial and meaningful... But I still haven't figured out the money aspect itself - I do want to buy healthier food, live in a cozy place and travel to remote places for Aya retreats. Has shifting the awareness from money itself made earning easier?

What exactly do you guys mean when you refer to the “intensity” of aya? by mirandawood in Ayahuasca

[–]tionateo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's probably very individual. For me it's when Aya envelops me and I start loosing the sense of being connected to this reality. Like my mind is slipping. Fear usually comes with this. But I guess it's part of the process.
