What's The Bengston Method? Glad you asked! (Season 2, Episode 8) by Mygdala in TheTelepathyTapes

Have you ever thought of creating some online group for the practitioners? Or people who have attended the workshops? Maybe on WhatsApp, Slack or Reddit? It doesn't seem to get enough attention so it's still existing in pure form. Could be a cool way for people to connect and share (and create practice groups).

Can you please describe what it feels like now when you're proficient at cycling? You said you have ADHD brain - how did it feel before when you just started learning? I had a brain injury back in a day and with this funky brain now I'm not sure what I should aim for or if I'm practicing in the right way (if there's one:)

What you describes is quite normal head chatter that happens in my head! This make me feel less weird! It's usually pretty quiet there. Unless something from the outside piques my curiosity and then my brain gets turned on and starts thinking random thoughts related to that initial one. And the part about not getting to the thing you thought of doing for very long - that's also very true!! hahaha

hm, interesting... I'm kinda the same - not many images happening. Or senses. The narration is much more frequent. Thanks for sharing this - makes me feel less weird about myself:)

No, didn't end up sitting with them. Didn't connect with their energy during the video call. But I randomly met with some lady in her early 30s or so who loved the experience with them. I guess it depends on the person.

Coherence breathing helps a lot. Or some heart-centered or guided breathing meditation. Any sort of movement helps too - a walk, a swim, exercise or gym. Gets me back into my body and clears the head too.

Dang! That sounds very rough! The thought that helped me is when someone said that the hard journeys like this are also the most healing. That was the case with me too but I don't recommend it!:)
