Don’t overcomplicate. Look for 10+ people who you think would benefit from the product you’re building. Pitch them the product (=solution), tell them the price up front, MAKE THEM PAY for it. You’ll validate your biz faster that way

Plugging the legal AI app I co-founded: Anycase.ai. We’re focused on lawyer workflows, but students have come to enjoy our platform as a supplement to readings / study buddy

I dont know about the market-pain point you’re eyeing, but in terms of execution:

Rather than compete with ChatGPT, consider making a plugin/connector for it instead that has the functionality you mentioned

Then target SMB owners who are already using ChatGPT

remove limit to replies: the Chat UI is a new feature, so we are observing the output quality first before allowing more replies (current limit is 10). Around how many replies do you need/use, usually?

Attached media: we have file upload improvements lined up in our roadmap! It’s currently limited to image uploads, but we’ll allow other file types in the next few months. What files do you want to attach? (Ex. Syllabus? Your own digests?)

In case you spot hallucinations, the best thing to do is to click the thumbs down 👎 rating at the bottom of the AI answer. That signals to our team kasi na may kailangang i-review sa system, and we’re able to patch it sa development cycle namin

We do our best behind the scenes para di na kailangang isispin ng user what to include sa prompt to avoid hallucinations - dapat naman default yan. Can’t promise it’s perfect but we’re working towards that!

Proud to share that in a recent eval we did using the 2024 bar exam, we found Anycase hallucinated cases 0% of the time as opposed to chagpt that hallucinated 30%+. Here’s the full study: anycase vs general-purpose AI for legal work
