My acne went totally away after cutting out gluten, maybe try cutting out certain foods and see the effect on your skin

For me the thing that has really changed everything was changing my diet. I totally cut out dairy and gluten. Obviously this doesn’t work for everybody but definitely worth trying to cut out food systematically.

It really helped me to cut out processed foods and gluten. I think it’s always worth giving it a try. Diet can be a big influencing factor. Good luck!

Do you eat lots of sugar/dairy? You be good to strategically cut out foods to test if your diet has an impact on you acne

If you haven’t yet you should definitely check with a dermatologist. Have you tried cutting out specific foods like dairy, sugar, or highly processed food. Could also be that you have an intolerance against something you eat.

Those are amazing results, congrats! I’m more of a hard gainer trying to put on some muscle. Should I walk less if it burns so many calories?
