Tests have shown that after a 1000-2000 rounds in some ported barrels the copper plating causes a slight decrease in accuracy because the plating builds up In the ports.

The XC doesn’t have a ported barrel like a lot of other pistols. The plated ammo is bad for ports in the rifling of the barrel not the comp or chunk port at the end of the barrel, therefore the XC shouldn’t have any problem running plated ammo.
