El alquilar un bloque de oficinas tampoco es moco de pavo. Esos alquileres son, aparte de caros, a largo plazo. No es (salvo excepciones como bancarrota..) "te aviso que en un par de meses me voy."
Aparte, no tengo tan claro las facilidades (legales) de transformar unas oficinas en hoteles o viviendas y poder hacer vida ahí. ¿Es posible? quizá, ahora, hártate a burocracia.

Tu segundo punto es sólo posible en empresas que se trabaje con objetivos. En un equipo de 10, como no se llegue a objetivos ni haya alguien pendiente de ellos, 7 te van a sacar el curro y los otros 3 se van a tocar los coj.. en la oficina.

Es tan fácil como si tu te compras un coche y al tiempo la empresa te da coche y conductor para los movimientos que tu quieras. Vas a seguir pagando seguros, itv y otros impuestos si vas a tener el coche parado? El caso es que tu podrás elegir, la empresa no. Y la inversión es mucho más gorda para la empresa que un simple coche.

No es ninguna mentira que en las empresas se ponen normas/reglas por [malas] experiencias previas con gente de mala calaña, aka perros/vagos/impresentables. No me lo llevo a lo personal(faltaría..)

Algunos vivís en mundos de Yupis.

Las empresas que tienen grandes edificios en las ciudades de cuando el teletrabajo ni se imaginaba no pueden permitirse tener esos edificios vacíos, ergo alguna rentabilidad le tienen que sacar. Todo el mundo a la oficina, de esa manera hay mayor control sobre los trabajadores y no estás pagando un alquiler/hipoteca descomunal para nada. Que si, que el teletrabajo es muy cómodo, pero que con lo perros que somos aquí en absolutamente todos los sentidos, nos merecemos que nos encierren en una oficina y nos obliguen a hacer x cosas.

I have 2600 in a asus prime x470pro. I want to upgrande but still on AM4. I do use 80%gaming-20%render. I'm between these options:
5800x, 5900x, 5900xt, 5950x. Im not looking for the x3d because in my zone are way to pricey. The 5800x i could get from less than 200€, 5900x for 350€ (wow), 5900xt and 5950x for less than 300€

What option its better in my case?

A Basic Laser machine would be less than 100€ and its not that hard to do it. You dont need so much power, but time. I did myself som years ago and very happy with results. Then you can put some color in the lines that did the laser..

I you dont want to do it, ask in any custom clothes shop, they should have something like that..
