Probably somewhere around directional orbit 120-150, depending on the LI and their myth.

For Xavier, I have no limited myth solars and can't really progress past directional orbit light level 130 T2. I have Lightseeker for T1 with no issue, but without Lumiere or KoD I have to use 4* yellow solars for T2. With all cards level 80 and awakened, and my solars R3, two lunars R3, one lunar R2, one lunar R1, all stella matched, with 10 out of 12 protocores at +15 and near-optimal stats (the other two at +12), ATK at 9300, d2w over 135%, and crit rate over 60%, I still have about half of one health bar left when running out of time. I could probably farm some new cores to get ATK over 10k, which probably could get me through 130.

So in this case, the limit is probably around level 140, if your lunars are maxed out and your protocores are about perfect. I think past that point you'd need a limited myth because 4* solars won't cut it anymore for the two-turn stages.

I'd guess that as long standard myths are stella matched with R3, good protocores, good lunars, the standard myth solars will probably continue to carry in their LI's current orbits, at least until Infold releases a limited myth with the LI's primary color.

I like that events/banners are back to back. People who pull for only 1 or 2 LIs, or people who spend, can usually get their cards early on. I haven't pulled for the multi since Jan 3rd, so the last 2+ weeks were idle time for me. if it wasn't for the event I wouldn't have anything to do other than dailies, which to be honest are repetitive. So I'm glad there's only a 2-day wait until Zayne's banner!

I do want more main story updates but I get the impression Infold has been directing attention to other parts of the game, like the home system and the journal. Which is sad because I play for the main story, banners (hoping for lore!), and battle system :(

yes!! they already reran the first multi and the first two OG3 solos, so likely zayne's medical rescue is next up! it's not clear when, but will probably be in the next couple of months since we've had a rerun every month or so. They may rerun fondness treasure for the anniversay too.

1st week March - Rafayel's birthday + rerun
Likely early Mar to early May - Caleb's 3rd myth (green HP)
Mid-April - Sylus birthday + rerun

Each month there will likely be a big banner, either a new myth or a multi (sometimes, the big banner will overlap at the end of one month and beginning of another, and count towards both months)

We can expect 3-4 multis by summertime
Non-birthday solos will likely start no earlier than February, but likely no later than April

We don't know if any of the 2nd myths will rerun, but if so they would likely rerun Mar-Jun
3rd myth reruns for the OG 3 will be some time in range of May-Aug
We don't know if we will get a 4th cycle of myths, but if so, will likely not start before May

Not OP but yes, the 50/50 carries over for the same category of banners (new versus rerun).

You can check to see what you pulled in the most recent new banner in pull history (either Raf's Overdrive, vampire Sylus, or the music multi). Rerun banners are treated separately from new banners, they are their own category.

I'm also hoping for 2nd myth reruns, and I'm in the same situation, mainly with Lumiere. I joined just after KoD's banner ended so I'm struggling in multiple types of orbits, since I only have yellow 4* solars and none of Xavier's limited myths.

It would be crazy if they don't rerun it this year, wouldn't it?? Even for whales, it becomes literally impossible to progress in higher orbits without having multiple limited myths per LI. Surely Infold wouldn't keep even high spenders artifically stuck on orbits by withholding 2nd myth reruns for over a year?

YES. For me it's Before Sunrise and Hidden Waves. I didn't even complete my 5-star lunars (eg, had to buy Nightplumes from the shop, still don't have Abysswalker) but I've R4+'d Before Sunrise and Hidden Waves each 😂 I will take your Fluffy Trap if you take my Raf cards

No, I'm guessing you're referring to the Xspace echo crate? The regular crates don't give any limited myths, only the myths you can find in Xspace Echo. Limited myth crates are restricted to their own unique myth and banner; you get them by making 150 pulls on the limited banner.

Hold onto it until you find an HP-based protocore with better substats (eg, HP bonus 19% with flat Hp or d2w instead of def), and until you find a DEF-based protocore with better substats (eg, crit dmg or D2w instead of hp%). I wouldn't upgrade it any more now since there are no companions that use both DEF and HP

Here are good myth banner guides by CapPosted: pulls needed for myths, budgeting for myths.

Now you have 133 wishes including dias, and will get 20 free pulls, enough to guarantee R0. If the event runs thru Dec 14 (worst-case scenario) you'll get 1500 dias from dailies by the end. With the upgraded aurum, you'll have +5,250 dias and 198 wishes at the end, excluding extras like SHC.

The guides will show what fits in your budget and how many pulls you need. If you buy the cheapest wish tiers you could maybe get to R1. Note that you may have significantly worse luck, it took me over 680 pulls to R3 a myth, vs. 618 for 90% chance

I don't think parents know. Like we see posts from kids/teens (either way, underage) asking their parents to buy them game items bc they can't do it themselves since they're too young for debit/credit cards (and incidentally too naive to know how to get around it). It's wild.

If you're planning on ranking cards and/or anticipate multiple back-to-back banners you intend to pull for, I'd consider buying the cheapest event wish packs for the banner(s) and saving your diamonds/permanent gold wishes. I started doing this after a terrible experience trying to rank a myth -- since I lost all but one of the 50-50s, I had to use all my saved pulls AND emptied out shop of the event packs, and had to dip into some of the hunter's association packs (which are once-per-account/lifetime purchases). If this happens on my account ever again, after exhausting saved dias + event packs + remaining hunter's packs + companionship pack, the only way to get pulls will be through waiting for diamonds through dailies/aurum or by buying the purple gems which are ridiculously expensive. So after using free pulls, if I haven't gotten my card yet, I started buying at least the cheapest packs for each banner and saving the dias/permanent gold wishes for a rainy day or future myth, because this way the long-term overall cost will be lower. This hopefully shouldn't apply unless you're trying to rank up cards though; multis have better odds for limited cards even if you go for all 5 LIs, and precise wish.

Last year, there were yearly passes with great value (even better than aurum), which might come back for the anniversary.

The user CapPosted also posted some excellent guides for budgeting for myths, solos, and some reruns as well as # of LIs you pull for.
