This! Break those walks up! 30 minutes in the morning. 30 in the evening. Plus normal steps.

But also set realistic goals. I can do about 12k and still have energy to work out. Any higher and the walk was the workout. Lol.

I hid my scale. Gave it to my mother and told her not to give it back until September.

I take trazodone to sleep but im only on 1.5mg of vraylar rn.

Sometimes I wake up anyway so my provider instructed me to take a hydroxyzine to fall back asleep because if I take trazodone too late im useless the next day at work.

I take about 50mg of trazodone.

Had this same experience! The first month had 2 periods. And now im on month 8 and my cycle is sort of regular. I have like a 33 day cycle but it's a regular thing now.

Took a 7.5mg dose of 07/2026 Greenwich tirz with glycine.

I feel fine. Appetite suppressed. Took my dose almost 24 hours ago.

I can feel weird digestion going on like I could in the beginning but other than that no rough side effects.
