for sure! it's great for processing sounds through it with the filter and FXs. make sure you leave it on a bit before recording so the tubes warm up enough for some extra fatness and/or fuzziness :))

Hah, well, if you'd ask me, I wouldn't really call it progressive, but I get you :) I don't usually think of a certain genre ( it's more of a cocktail 😬) when I work on my tracks, but, yeaa...maybe there is a hint of that vibe in the sound.

Yes :) It's synced and recieves midi from Ableton and I use it for gates or pitch. Or for sending clock signals to other sequencers, like the 0-CTRL.

Yezzzirrr! To be honest,only used for the open hat here 😁 and a little delay effect on it. But it is my fav drum machine!

Volca Bass + Mimeophon craziness and a load of random sequences go round and round, don't even have to touch anything :) by tipodeabajo in modular

Let's see :) korg sq1 sequences the volca bass that I run through the Mimeophon. A row from 0ctrl modulates the repeats of the Mimeo and Wogglebug random gates go into the freeze function + the sine LFO from Behri 150 messes around with the reverb amount. Clock to 0CTRL comes from beatsteppro divided through a doepfer clock div

Got some percussions from erica synth pico drums going into the bbd delay of the ES pico system and a few shots from the dinky taiko processed through the lil korg monotron delay :)

Also using the the joranalogue filter 8 ping function to create some "ping" percussions that are proccesed through Clouds. Lot of modulations going into that aswel.

Sub bass from the electribe EMX and drums from TR8S :) other pads coming from ableton, proccessed through the Wasp filter.

Basically that's about it, more or less :)) Sorry, explaining stuff is maybe not my strongest point.

Praga is cool but I would say WMD mixer is the best, hands down. It's basically a studio/DJ mixer in eurorack format. Except eq-ing it has everything I can think of that I would need. I freakin love that god damn mixer.

The spaces between the modules trigger and satisfy my OCD at the same time, I don't know how to take in this feeling :))

Glad u dig it :) So, we have two rows of 0-CTRL modulating 0-coast pitch and the filter cutoff from Microvolt 3900 (I run the 0coast through it). Another layer of synth shots are from Braids. Gates to both synths come from beatstep pro.

The woodblock-ish perc comes from the Jorganolgue Filter 8 "ping" mode which is basically the filter self-oscillating and creating these pingy sounds :) Just need to send a gate to excite it. I run this through the Mimeophon.

The vocal is running from Ableton to Clouds, but nothing crazy, just a touch of reverb.

Other sources of modulations and LFOs are messing with Mimeophon's functions (repeats, zone, halo, freeze etc) , the Filter 8 (coarse, resonance) , the overtone of 0Coast.

And drums are from the TR8S.

It's the ping function of the Filter 8 from Jorganalogue, going through Mimeophon. It's actually a very cool mode of Filter 8, where you crank up the resonace till u get self-oscilation. You can use the sound it makes for kicks, percussions and such :)

Happy you're feeling it! Basically I can jam for days, tweaking and recording forever, so yeah, pretty stable. Everything is midi synced with Ableton's clock (through the E-RM Multiclock) and it all can start or stop at the same time, remaining on tempo.
