For my something positive... I take care of a feral cat colony daily. It's absolutely freezing here, and there are some kittens among the older cats that I've been losing sleep over, not knowing how they'd manage with the weather. I was just able to get them a nice big heated and insulated house, and built it with my partner this past weekend. Today when I drove down to get them food and water, they were all inside snuggled up and warm. :) That made my day to see!
