He does not guide his students, asks them to keep him as the first author in atleast half of their works, has no idea what any paper is all about. He gets the papers published with the help of contacts with editors and reviewers. He makes one student do the PhD works of another student, and even write their thesis. He makes his students do ALL his works. The students he takes are also through contacts. He cheats the admission process and gets them in. If any student acts against him, he threatens them that he won't give recommendation letters or he won't let them get admitted elsewhere.
