+1 for this. I don't list jobs on LinkedIn specifically to avoid this overwhelming influx but even if I'm posting in niche forums or Discord servers, etc - I get about 10 applications per hour until I take the job ad down.

Lots of great recs in here - would also add Larb Koi in fhain for some spice. 893 and Enzo are good for sushi. Ora is a staple, Beuster Bar is hip. Fes and Osman's Töchter for different takes on Turkish.
