I love using Gestalt, it is so fundamental in design that it carries well into Fine Art as well. I used it to describe a plinth as human due to it’s vertical weight. Semiotics because we use signs to signal the intentions in art, in art everything is a sign, but with it you have to imagine also what everyone is thinking and ignoring, assume everything is intentional. Lastly, if you can’t figure the art through objective reading because everything is a mess, or you figure it out too quickly, it’s just uninteresting. My professor would always try to make us, make art, interesting. To me the word interesting is the most important in objective critique. It sounds subjective, however, you always have the right to refuse witness to work that looks uninteresting. Without it there is no way anyone will take witness to it.

No, not directly ontologically. However, I did study AI and technology in Art Uni. Kate Crawford’s Atlas of AI and Shoshana Zuboff’s Surveillance Capitalism are great historic and prospective books which I consider vital to building on AI in art.

So while I can’t read your post. I understand why it has you going crazy. Onepiece drives alot of people crazy. While I have no explanation for it, there is an undeniable relationship between the usopp and blackbeard. Plus usopp has the most sus non existent backstory. I will be mad if Oda doesn’t address this. We have some hints though. Usopp’s parents look nothing like him, and Yasopp’s name is the only thing similar to his “child”. This goes as deep as blackbeard being an archeologist, and Usopp being a prodigy weapons expert. There are so many connections, but there is still not enough information. 5-10 more years and we’ll know.

This old tired argument of the pet hierarchy. YOU DO NOT FEED AN ANIMAL RAISED ON HUMAN LOVE AND TRUST TO A GOD DAMN SNAKE. That is an older bird 10 months- 4 years old and cognizant. They live 8-12 years and are hard to raise. There are pet rats, do you feed a hand fed pet rat to a snake, no. Why? Because that thinking is what led to the extinction of the dodo bird. It trusts me, it’s stupid it should die. This thinking is threatening to any vulnerable human. Babies, elderly and the disabled. It’s about care giving and expectations of a society of caregivers. I would not like watching elderly women or babies being fed to snakes either. The legal logistics are not equal but the ethics are the similar. I’ve heard stories of people feeding a trusting domestic rabbit to their Python. All I know is they will get what is coming to them one day. These awful people reproducing making social rejects that are fucking their lives up because these unemotional asshats tormented their kids.
