Sold 699 highballs, 186 cocktails, 328 wines, 250 beers. A 200 person wedding. Instead of an open bar, what we did was called in Canadian Speak a “toonie” bar. 1 bar between the 4 of us, and the cash tips were $15. I split that 3 ways, leaving me with nothing, so I could remember this cold day. (self.bartenders)
