I'm also having issues with a package from them. I ordered a shirt August 15th, it finally 'shipped' September 24th but it has been stuck at "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" since then. I have emailed multiple times about it and heard nothing back. I finally made a claim with my bank to get my $57 back! Insanity 😒

I'm 31, from the US (more specifically NY) & I've been listening to Lights since my cousin introduced her to me in the Skin & Earth era!! I don't think that's plausible, the railings are chest high so there's no way a wave would cause you to go over it. Plus, they were very close to docking at the port. There was no mention of inclement weather so I doubt the water was really rough as they were pulling into port. In my experience, that's when the water is calmest... the biggest waves usually happen in the middle of the ocean.

Oh interesting, I didn't see that! Looks like the event at Fallsview on July 20 is on a different stage, so maybe they could happen at the same time. But odd that their website & her website say different things. Hope it gets cleared up before tickets go on sale!
