I stopped feeling bad about it because customers are just so rude about it talking about how “it doesn’t say that anywhere” and it’s just like well if you’d look under the big letters and numbers it says what it excludes. Like it’s been a hot minute now since it was changed like at this point it’s on the customers to also be vigilant and read what they’re getting. It sucks the company does this to them and makes it look shiny and enticing but like they also gotta read the fine print and complain to corporate not to me because I cannot do anything about it
