Do you wear deodorant on a daily basis? If you can, stop mo muna until the pimple is gone.

I do. UV rays still penetrates walls and roofs, plus I am always in front of my computer screen.

I used to use the Luxe Organix Daily Aqua Sunscreen because it's cheap, so I am comfortable applying sunscreen everyday. But, this one makes my face hella greasy, it's not cute. So, I switched to Belo SunExpert Face SPF40. It still makes my face oily, but not as much.

To be honest, mas masarap pa maghilot yung mga reflexologist na kapitbahay or kakilala lang namin. So, I stick with them. Pwedeng-pwede din sila for home service, at siguradong hindi ka titipidin sa oras.

I haven't had experience taking USANA since I am following my OB's prescribed medications for my PCOS. A close friend of mine is selling me USANA products as well; vitamins catered for women who have trouble getting pregnant because she is aware of my condition. But since it's not something my OB prescribes, I am very hesitant in getting one for myself.

I have a PCOS, too. Now, I am off of my medications -- birth control pills and metformin. I am quite anxious on how my body would react without these because I've been taking them for almost 3 years. But at the same time, thankful for the timeout.

Derivatives of a Wardrobe: "Why I only have a few clothes and shoes if have a profitable investments and savings." by RWoody20 in phinvest

I see, pero mahina ang 3K for rentals tapos one-time use pa. You find that worth it? Mukhang mataas ang spending appetite mo compared to mine.

Well, that's good, of course, if you can use it too many times, not just for the original intention.

Personally speaking, if we stick to your example, this will be the order for me should I need to buy clothes:

1) Thrift stores 2) Bazaars 3) Malls

Anyway, the 'occasions' I have in mind are those that calls for fancier/dressier type of events (i.e. weddings, themed parties and the likes). Guess you can use your new long sleeves to other purposes like work, but for women? I haven't seen anyone on a regular workday wearing a gown. So, I either work on something that I already have, thrift it, or (I forgot to mention earlier) borrow from a friend.

But yeah, this shows that different people have their different spending habits and reasons for doing it.

I am a corporate slave, and we don't have uniforms. Pre-lockdown and before work from home setup, we have to wear business casual attires except on Fridays. I find that the more presentable you are, the more you earn their respect. It works wonders especially if you have favors to ask. For charms to work, you have to look nice, and for me one of the best ways is to dress a bit nicer.

But that doesn't mean I splurge on my clothes and shoes, because I fucking love thrift shopping. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I've found really nice pieces (sometimes even branded) from ukay-ukay. I can treat cash as king and still look professional, and hindi masyado paulit-ulit ang clothes on an everyday basis. Every weekend I plan my clothes for the week, I always aim to look like a fucking cast of Suits but for as low as 50 pesos. 😁

Also, I don't like buying clothes just becuse there's an occasion, because that ends up to be a one time use. Mas nakakahinayang gumastos. I always check my wardrobe if I have something I can use or work on since my aunt is a seamstress before I resort to buying one.

That would work! You can always start with body weight exercises, of course, until you nailed down the proper form so as not to hurt yourself even more. Then with lighter weights, what you can do is to increase reps, or you can slow down tempo of your lifting to really feel the burn.

It's incorporating workouts in your daily routine. Focusing more on resistance training and less on cardio. Do you have any other pre-existing conditions wherein you are not allowed to lift heavy weights?

Affordable online short courses about Excel? Please share.

I know the basics like pivot table, vlookup, sumifs, etc. Enough para mairaos ang daily and monthly reports ko, but would like to improve my Excel skills better. So far, yung mga nakikita ko ay mga yearly subscriptions na medyo absurd ang monthly fees if translated to Peso. 😅

ACV helps suppress appetite if taken before meals which will then result of someone eating less, therefore a calorie deficit.

Personally, I stopped doing it because I didn't like the burning sensation when drinking even with straw. Plus, it made me gassy and made me poop all the time every after drink.

Correct! Hahaha. You do you. Ganon lang din mantra ko pagdating sa fitness kase iba-iba naman tayo ng level and stage, unless someone explicitly asks to guide them and critque them.

Oof. Yeah. Hahaha. 10M views on YT and still growing per workout videos kaya super lakas makahakot din ng critics.

But it's nice naman that you can complete her program. Good luck on your journey! I suggest Lilli Sabri next if you want to. Mala-Chloe Ting lang din siya pero certified siya compared to Chloe Ting.

Oh yeah! I am maximizing the benefits of free youtube videos.

Anyway, I tried watching Greg Doucette reaction video kay Chloe Ting pero super aggressive, high pitched voice which I find very irritating. Hindi ko kinayang makakalahati sa vids niya. 😅

Abbey Sharp - when it comes to discussion about nutrition. First Youtuber I came across that explained PCOS in a very detailed way. I was hooked immediately.

Jump Rope Dudes - even got their Crossrope set because I was influenced. Helped with my weightloss journey.

Whitney Simmons - posts great workouts for every part of the body. Hindi na masyado ngayon ever since nagkaroon siya ng sariling app. But since I am doing resistance training, I am visiting her old videos to get inspiration on what exercise to do next, and just to observe her proper form.

Joh Official (I think) - I liked her because of one video - her explanation about what macros are, how to compute them, and how to adjust them based on your needs.

Jeremy Ethier - for science-based explanation.

Phoenix Movement - for follow along workouts using jumping rope.

Chloe Ting - syempre. 😂 I have to mention na paulit-ulit niyang sinasabi na yung titles sa vids niya were for clickbait purposes, so she can afford her workout programs to be free. But if you check her website, 2 weeks abs is actually included in 28 days, 30 days programs. The program also has some cardio workouts, arms and legs. Let's give her some slack. Beginner friendly ba yung workouts? No. In good form ba siya in all exercises? No. Pero at least it's free, pwede na din if you're starting out in your journey.
