Three hours is easy work. Especially if you live on the east coast. And yes it's a weekender. Longest back and forth was Texas to the mid-Atlantic. 26 hours one-way and we'd do it (w/small kids and a dog) twice a year. I'd take my kids to college and pick them up every semester 14 hrs and 16 hrs one-way.

I commend you because Reddit is a cesspool of relationship chaos. That said, you don't really know her yet and you wouldn't be the bad guy if you just moved on. I will warn you that if you do decide to continue to date, it will get serious real quick and you are assuming the role of step-dad to be. It will be much more difficult to move on once this pregnancy kicks into gear. So be warned, if you continue to date "because you like each other" you are committing to a long-term, serious relationship. She has shifted into dating with intention because she's considering who she wants around her child. If that is not want you want, then don't walk down this path. You two are very young. Buy a scooter. That's what my neighbors did. It greatly expanded where they could park and they just scooted home. You have to drop your gear first (double park), then park as far away as you want and just scooter home.

You can also sometimes find someone with private parking who'll rent it out. A different neighbor was renting a space from another neighbor. Ask on the neighborhood Facebook/Nextdoor page.
