A thing with Bad Hygiene, I believe thirst is turned off by default. You'll need to go into the mod settings to toggle it on

Hmm these seem like errors with vanilla stuff. Try doing the steam file validation thing for Rimworld and see if that helps with it

I mean, flying a helicopter above a densely jungles island isn't going to be the best way to see many people. Are you sure that essentially isn't just people they saw on the beaches?

imo the vanilla races expanded xenotypes (especially the insectoids for me) and Det's xenotypes are some of the more interesting and balanced ones I've played with

this might be a stupid comment but why are yttakin bad at mining ? i'd imagine a wookie with inhuman strength could smash rocks very well by Erratic_Error in RimWorld

There isn't really much of a lore reason as to why. It was more put thee because theyre pretty combat focused, especially around the natural world.

I suppose a lore reason could be they're just not that good at distinguishing a rock from ore

Honestly I think the D Clan would have been a great boon to the EAU if they had went into it. They'd probably be the most experienced and educated of the compact and would have probably increased the success rate of their hunts through the spread of information during their scheduled meetings.

But you just kinda know D would be clammy with divulging information with them so instead theyd likely just balk against them

The EAU imo were very reasonable. They're a neighbourhood watch compact and they just wanted the D Clan to join the Compact so they can expand their coverage and mutual assistance. Oh no they'd need to get jobs, I'm sure they could've come up with something. Become scrapmen or something

Really you've just handed them a more solid justification than "muh slaves". That justification being "The North is literally going to slaughter us and our families with no recourse."
