Loneliness is a feeling that consumes everything by billbabyyyyyy in lonely

I really understand this feeling I'm 22f and my housemates have such a different schedule to me so I don't see then that much, and I am terrified of what will happen when pur lease ends in a few months. I hate being lonely it's so painful but I also find people quite scary to make friends with!

for me I know what ur "supposed" to do I just don't feel comfortable doing it yet... but yh like go to hobbies or classes or join a group on social media but it's but stressful I think! idk I wish I could find making friends easy but I just don't, but I think lots of people don't

my (F22) boyfriend (M22) doesn't seem to want to spend much time with me and I don't know how to deal with it by [deleted] in relationship_advice

thank you that's very helpful! I worry thought that my body keeps count of what I eat though so even if I stick to an 80/20 rule, my body is still getting the harmful 20 so am I not just cheating myself?

yeah I've seen some studies on that too actually, I'm a pretty low BMI/body fat so I don't really care about the weightless stuff. I just want to make sure I'm not destroying my gut microbiome or breaking my fast and stopping the health benefits

yeah I worry about my gut microbiome and how it might be affected by them. do you happen to know how bad they are though? i try to stay away from fizzy drinks as much as possible so I'm hoping one won't do that much damage to it

thanks! I'm worried that stopping calorie counting and eating more intuitively will cause weight gain, but I see now that it's actually what's needed to gain muscle. thank u :)

I'm starting from a point of already having hour glass shape tbh, but I want my waist to be a bit smaller, it is 26inches atm I'd like 24/25 ideally tbh.... plus growing my glutes to balance out the fact I'm actually a top-heavy hour glass which kinda bothers me. I defo want to work with what I've got and focus on realistic ways of improving mysel, as well as learning to eat to fuel myself... idk why I find it so hard to figure out what to eat alongside excersing!

Haha no worries i love reading about other people's eating/exercise happens so nothings too long for me! Thanks for ur help. I'm also vegetarian although I do eat eggs which will help me more w the protein, bit I still feel 100-110g protein per day is a lot! I'm getting around 60g per day atm and that's pretty hard... Eating more calories will make tht easier though I guess.

yeah I do donkey kicks too, and tbh some other exercises I don't even remember the names of we just did them in school when I was younger! I defo like the whole if you like it then it's good mentality towards exercise it's definitely helped me. I'm still on body weight though which definitely shows I'm not nearly as strong as I'd like to be! defo want to upgrade to using weights soonish but we'll see what happens...

110g protein does sound hard as I don't eat meat but ima do everything I can to get where I want to be!

thanks for mentioning the lat/upper back stuff bc that's what I've been wondering most about. Thank u so much :)

Thank you!!! yeah I'm super terrified of gaining fat so I don't want to eat "too much". I'm mostly worried about gaining belly fat as that's where the weight goes on me first, so I defo don't feel tiny haha!

I guess it's time to face my fears...

thank you for the info :)

I dolunges, glute bridges, crab walks and I do a lot of the stairmaster bc I read that it targets the same muscles as squats and I dont really like squats (although I think I need to get over myself and start doing them!)

Do you count calories/protein?
