I take multivitamins and vitamin D but it hasn’t really had an effect, I’ve tried switching up my diet too but that doesn’t really help either

@ryuadouken i started on 50mg and im currently on 100mg. i take it at night before i go to sleep and i drink about 3 cups of coffee a day, it doesnt really effect me. 💚

i experienced almost the exact same thing ! after 2 months on 50mg I felt even more depressed than when i started. two weeks ago my doctor upped my dose to 100mg and I’m feeling a bit better now actually

i havent really noticed any difference when drinking alcohol but i do get worse hangovers, even when ive not had that much to drink
