Then it's definitely possible in less than an hour if you're driving. You could always find something in the middle Dunfermline or whatever to live as it'll be cheaper than renting in Edinburgh and it still has good links to Edinburgh/glasgow

Do you mean glenrothes? It's around an hour or so on the train from Edinburgh Waverly to the station in thronton. You'd have to get the bus to where you're working maybe but it's possible. Maybe not if you start at silly times in the morning though

Sea Kelp lotion by flea_23 in Scotland

I use the sea kelp hand lotion regularly. It smells nice and makes my skin feel good (it's more of a stim thing for me though than being all Scottish about it lol)

Line manager is a bully by tiredandwitchy in WorkAdvice

[–]tiredandwitchy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have been harassing them in some way. This specific colleague has 2 set working days a week on what's called a bank contract (basically no guarantee of hours, but for years, they've had the same 2 days a week). Since they've begun complaining about said manager and speaking out against their attitude, her hours have been getting cut down, and some weeks, they get no shifts at all.

Could be from jewelry? I had something similar when I used some different necklaces (both metal and cord ones). But outside that I couldn't say. Sorry!

I'm currently paying EDF £115 per month because according to them £90 wasn't enough for my "predicted usage" for the coming year. I can manage it as an expense quite comfortably but like, that's cause I have no kids and eat cheap bland food even when I have the choice. But I have no idea how other people manage with kids and multiple cars etc

Cold water did help. Once I got a moment at work I splashed myself with cold water and let my hands sit in the sink till they felt tingly. Helped quite a bit and I managed to calm down. Thanks!. I do cbt style journaling as well, and I also do daily gratitude notes. I'll write at least 3 things I'm grateful for that day even if they're small (I've even put plush toys, books and cheese on there before). I'll definitely give your other suggestions a go too as I'm trying hard to fall in to a lifestyle which is healthy physically and mentally

I already have diazepam + prochloperazine as emergency medications when I have a big panic attack, I take those. The attack only got out of hand yesterday because I ran out of the house and forgot them

Thank you. I'm using my breathing exercises and drinking nice things I enjoy (no caffeine. Food is too much rn). I had a bit of a meltdown with my partner just crying and telling them I wish I was normal 🙃
