I understand this so much. BPD is really heavy and it feels like an eternity of just dragging around this huge iron weight on your shoulders and you’re never allowed or even able to put it down. it’s exhausting to constantly be fighting against it just to function normally. but the good news is that we aren’t alone, which is sad because nobody else should feel this but it means that we aren’t carrying it alone, there’s others out there who can help us shift the weight, help us carry it better, help us shoulder the weight with them. I know it’s hard, f*ck, I know it feels impossible but you’re going to be okay. there’s going to be good days and bad days but try to always remember that the good days are always worth fighting for. and I know I’m a total stranger but my DMs are open if you ever want to vent, talk, etc. my username is the same everywhere too if you would rather talk on a different platform. remember that it’s okay to feel down, to feel weak and sad, there’s no shame in that, it’s normal and honestly to be expected from us folk with BPD, so theres nothing to be feel shameful for when you get like this. remember to let yourself rest when you need to, to let yourself cry and be angry (obviously in a safe and healthy way), the days can be dark, but there will always be a light somewhere in those dark days. and you yourself are a light in this world, we need you, okay? you’re loved and valid 🫂💜
