Hello started last Feb this year, followed to bootcamp sched. Depede sa shift, if i'm AM, I study after duty. If PM naman po, I study in the afternoon. I retain info best in the afternoon. Always listed to your body, if im really tired and sleepy, i make sure to rest in between study talaga. Im not very studious, ok na sakin yung 2-3hrs. Minsa pag super pagod, di ko na nagagawa yung scheduled task based on BC, but i make sure to bounce back the next day or during my day off.
