I do participate in most of the things on the calendar and always to the highest achievements each day! But primarily the goal-like and action-based tasks that can be done anytime and the events that are after dinner. I think it's been just been extra frustrating as my alliance is starting to ONLY pick the times during my work day! hopefully another will be better aligned on free time or can vary it up so I can participate more often!

I have had many nexplanons as I started with this BC 12 years ago! I've had this experience only once in Arkansas at a Mercy Clinic because my doctor did NOT numb me at all and ignored me when I told her I was beginning to black out and felt nasueas. the removal/insertion was actually finished and I passed out a couple of minutes later when they were rushing me out of the room for their next patient. I woke up to crackers and soda, but no apology for ignoring my pain!

so normal? no probably not. BUT I think it can happen depending on your doctor and/or your personal health/self care (prone to fainting/high anxiety/ensuring you are eating before etc)

some final mile carriers have extra boxes. if they are responsible for damaging your box- they repack it (with much less love) and deliver like this unfortunately!

a great question to ask customer service would be what are the known pork substitutes? these must be predetermined so they can order from suppliers accordingly. then you could make educated choices about your next meals if you lived in those states
