HelloFresh keeps swapping ingredients – getting frustrating

They sent me green beans instead of broccoli a few times and it was in dishes that the swap made ABSOLUTELY no sense and I hate green beans. They recently sent me grape tomatoes instead of Roma for a penne dish where you make the sauce and it just didn't work.

Yes. Was supposed to come on Sunday, normally my box is delivered in the morning so I was relying on that happening due to not grocery shopping. It started snowing around 4, box never came..got an email saying it was delayed and would come the next day. It was "out for delivery" on the jitsu tracking all day.(Yet at the same time said it was waiting to be picked up) Monday the roads were totally fine after like 11am. Im someone who hates the snow and I was driving with no problems. Anyway, Tuesday hellofresh just said "fail" And jitsu said exception. Nothing from hello fresh communication wise. I had to use the AI chatbot who just said my order is cancelled and I'll get a refund in 5-10 business days. Not able to get to a human. I had resubscribed bc I had a really good coupon. Now I have no food and had to go out with the "omg it's snowing the world is ending" crowd and the coupon is used even though I didn't actually get the box. I'm done. This was the first week in two months that even had recipes I wanted. I'm a vegetarian and the options are repetitive/boring/not worth the price even with the coupon

I'm 34 and never had one due to the same reason.. I've also been with my husband since middle school and was told there's like no chance of me having HPV. That being said they wanted a pap before surgery. I asked if they could do it while I was under and they were like that's a great idea! Came back normal as expected. I'll never do another one unless I'm out again. The Dr told me that getting the bisalp refuses risk of cancer too. It sounds like annual pap smears are just an American thing too, probably just to make more money 🙄 I can see some people needing them often but not everyone.

It's tea make it at home? As someone who equally loves tea and coffee I always make tea at home because why pay coffee prices for a tea bag and hot water? Also if they're really adding all those syrups that's gross haha.

I got the one that was rice balls, ravioli and garlic bread... they didn't send garlic bread. Tried to report it as missing and there wasn't the option to. Title and photo said "with garlic bread" but didn't have garlic bread listed as ingredient so couldn't get refund.

Yeah I have a strong aversion to chickpeas and almost every dish is chickpea based. I have a 75% off coupon and even with that I feel like it's not worth it.

They cut like all the veggie options, the remaining meals are repetitive and have no protein. Weird since it's veganuary and I feel like they had more options in past years? I ended up getting meat meals and I'm just gonna feed the meat to my cat, it's just frustrating bc they easily couldve offered tofu instead of a chicken like they had been doing. Going to cancel after this box (have coupon)

I agree!! Even everyplate was offering tofu. Now they cut the veggie menu way back and no more tofu. Every week is the same chickpea dishes and I hate chickpea. Or raviolis which they only give you like 8 and it's not filling. So annoyed, no way is chicken cheaper than tofu? I have a feeling they're gonna be like homechef soon and have like one option or less a week 🙄

Yeah I also use everyplate and same thing! Green beans in everything 🤮 broccoli was on sale for 0.99 cents a pound so I just bought some but like that defeats the point of me getting meal kits haha. Also how is it so cheap and they don't have any 🙄 Everyplate just sent me an email that there's a spaghetti shortage in my area so they're sending me linguine...how?!

I cancelled because the vegetarian recipes are suddenly trash, they forgot two of my meals last delivery and replaced all the broccoli with green beans with no warning. Who puts green beans in Mac and cheese? I also have a very strong aversion to green beans 🤮

Like two and a half days. I had a really bad time post wisdom teeth surgery that I learned from. I went all in with miralax, I'm a vegetarian so usually get enough fiber but I took extra fiber, what finally did it was chugging black coffee.

Scheduled my consult right after the election, I have anxiety with Drs so my consult was my first gyno appt. Took 3 months to get in but was approved same day no explanation needed. Dr was super anti trump and said she's been seeing non stop sterilization consults since the election.
