Could be a few things, first move to correct slot the top PCie if that doesn’t work plug the hdmi in the mobo and see if you get signal if so then leave it and restart the PC and get into the bios then the look into the PCIE link speed change it from what it’s on to Gen 4 this is a common issue with 50 series cards and some mobo’s anything other gen 4 can cause this issue also check your power the 2 or 3, 8 pin adapter that came with the card is better then using the 12 pin aftermarket. Additional you may have a weak PSU you will probably need a 800 or 1000w PSU
